Duration: 6 semesters (3 years).
- Mode: Part-time (weekend sessions every two weeks, Saturday-Sunday).
- Tuition Fees (Academic Year 2024/2025):
- Part-time: PLN 2,775 per semester (one-time payment) or PLN 620 x 5 installments.
- Individual Study Plan (IPN): PLN 3,300 (one-time payment) or PLN 680 x 5 installments.

- No fees for obtaining the specialized diploma of a Sports Facility Manager.

Standard Studies
Participation in on-campus classes (Monday to Friday) for full-time studies or weekend sessions every two weeks for part-time studies.
Examinations
Studies culminate in a final examination.

INDIVIDUAL STUDY PLAN (IPN)
Students can choose from the following study modes:
- Full-time or part-time (standard or IPN).
- The IPN allows students to combine studies with:
- Professional work.
- Competitive sports.
- Running a business.
- Extensive family responsibilities.
- Transitional health issues (during treatment or rehabilitation).
- Other unforeseen circumstances.
Additional Privileges and Flexibility under IPN:
- Students can attend both full-time and part-time classes and customize their schedule to align with professional, family, or sports obligations.
- Students with an IPN can participate in all program classes and enjoy additional IPN privileges.
- Students independently set deadlines for assessments and exams or follow the standard schedule.
- Students contact the platform administrator directly to schedule assessments and exams.

Application
The Dean grants IPN privileges from the first academic year. Applications can be submitted electronically.

EDUCATIONAL PLATFORM
WSEWS provides an examination platform for remote assessments, eliminating the need to travel for on-site exams.
CUSTOMIZED EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM
WSEWS operates based on a proprietary educational program submitted to the Ministry of Education and Science.
We Train Future:
- Coaches and instructors in sports and recreation.
- Fitness, skiing, and snowboarding instructors (see the "Qualifications" section for the full list).
- Sports managers and sports facility animators.
- Entrepreneurs in the sports industry.
Students earn coaching, instructor, and managerial qualifications during undergraduate and postgraduate studies. Advanced qualifications, such as motor preparation trainer with elements of sports nutrition, are granted at the postgraduate level.
SPECIALIZATIONS
- Managerial Specialization: Included in the tuition fee, students can obtain a diploma as a Sports Facility Manager.
- Personal Training: Offered as an additional module during the fifth and sixth semesters.
Both specializations can be pursued simultaneously without scheduling conflicts.
SPORTS CAMPS
Students attending summer, trekking, and winter camps can earn instructor qualifications such as:
- Qualified tourism instructor.
- Cycling tourism instructor.
- Kayaking tourism instructor.
- Nordic walking instructor.
- Rhythmics instructor.
- Leisure activity animator.
- Recreational games instructor.
- Skiing instructor.
- Snowboarding instructor.
- Swimming instructor.
BENEFIT EWS
The BENEFIT EWS Program aims to improve students' physical fitness through individual and group training sessions at the university’s Motor Training Center.
This program is exclusively available to WSEWS students.
