Admission Procedure for Postgraduate Studies
NO ENTRANCE EXAMS
Recruitment for postgraduate studies is conducted until all available spots are filled.
Postgraduate studies are open to graduates of bachelor’s and master’s degree programs, in accordance with the law and regulations specifying the conditions for undertaking postgraduate studies.
All candidates are accepted WITHOUT ENTRANCE EXAMS.
Admission is based SOLELY on the order of applications received.
Candidates in the Qualification Process Are Required to Submit the Following Documents

Required Documents:
Signing the study agreement is a mandatory condition for admission.
How to Submit Documents:
Documents can be submitted in person at the WSEWS Rectorate or sent by traditional mail to:

For Sensory Integration candidates, documents can also be submitted at the CIS Secretariat (Building D) or mailed to the above address.

- The Data Administrator is Wyższa Szkoła Edukacja w Sporcie, located at Jagiellońska 88, 00-992 Warsaw, Poland.
- For inquiries related to personal data processing, please contact us at do@ews.edu.pl.
- Personal data will be processed for the purpose of proper recruitment procedures and fulfilling tasks, obligations, and rights under the Higher Education Act.
- The legal basis for processing is the candidate’s consent to personal data processing.
- Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the purposes of recruitment and study admission.
- Recipients of personal data include:
a) Authorized staff who process data as part of their job responsibilities.
b) Entities contracted by the Administrator that require data processing to perform their services.
- Retention period of personal data:
a) Unsuccessful applicants – data will be stored for 2 years after the recruitment process.
b) Admitted students – data will be stored for 5 years after graduation, after which it will be archived for 50 years.
- Candidates have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time.
- Candidates can file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO) if they believe their data rights have been violated.
