A Master Program for Top Athletes

• Are you a medalist in Polish, European, or World Championships?
• Have you participated in the Olympic Games?
• Do you have an impressive sports record?

Apply for the Golden Olympian Index (ZIO) or the Golden Athlete Index (ZIS).

Benefits of Holding a ZIO or ZIS:

• An Individual Study Plan from the first day of classes.
• The possibility of partial or full tuition fee exemptions.

Steps to Obtain a ZIO or ZIS:

1. Familiarize yourself with the Rules for Golden Indexes - ZIO ZIS Rules.pdf.
2. Complete the Golden Index Application Form - ZIO ZIS Form.pdf.
3. Obtain a recommendation from your Polish Sports Association - Polish Sports Association Recommendation.docx.
4. Submit your documentation to the university's dean's office. Once a decision is made, you will be notified immediately.
