The Factory of Sports Managers has the formula of an open student conference for students of the Higher School of Education in Sport pursuing a management specialization.

The idea of organizing the Factory of Sports Managers was born in 2020.

Bachelor's and master's students develop management projects. Distinguished students of bachelor's and master's studies receive management diplomas and certificates and the "Golden Manager's Laurel" statuette. These awards are presented during the ceremonial inauguration of the academic year.

Management projects carried out during bachelor's studies are virtual and the students' task is to demonstrate the ability to develop a project on any topic related to broadly understood sports, recreation or tourism.

Projects carried out by students of management specialization during master's studies are projects reflecting the reality of the sports and recreation area.

The committee, which consists of lecturers teaching the management specialization and other certified sports managers invited to the committee's work, select a group of project authors and invite them to a public speech.

During the presentation, both the students presenting, as well as their colleagues, students and invited guests connect in real time on the MS Teams Platform. Students attending classes in seminar rooms in Warsaw, Bielsko-Biała and all those who cannot participate directly in the seminar room (students with Individual Curriculum Status, students participating in competitions on a given day, students who perform their professional or family duties or in other random cases that make it difficult for them to participate directly) participate remotely.
